Our holiday home LIMA is not in Peru, but in the Urbanization La Marina at the Costa Blanca. Nevertheless, we have a lot of sunny days here and also mild winter temperatures. Shopping facilities and supermarkets as well as banks, pharmacies, bars, cafés and international restaurants are to be found on the spot. The distance to the marvellous sandy beach is only about 2.17 miles.

The house with a constructed area of approx. 60 m² on a plot with about 210 m² disposes of two bedrooms, a living-dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a conservatory, two terraces and a small annexe with shower and WC. It is cosy and lovingly furnished. It is equipped with German TV, a washing machine and a gas heating.

Rent:

Prices include electricity, gas, water, sheets and towels. We would kindly ask you to bring along your own towels for the beach. On occupancy the amount of 100.- € must be deposited as security, repayable on ensuring that the tenant has not caused any damages during tenancy.
